Julie has won multiple awards for her talented artwork and is a published artist. She has created logos for major companies and illustrated chapter heads for top selling books.

Julie has been tattooing professionally since 1995. She was taught the art by a close friend, Sheri Matlak, at Lonesome Rose in Hollywood CA. After the store decided to close she went to Easyriders on Melrose in Hollywood. She worked there for about a year and a half perfecting her skills before finally moving to YONI TATTOO in 1998.

Julie has been the successful owner ever since and the shop continues to be a top notch tattoo studio in the San Fernando Valley with a celebrity clientele and very friendly environment.

Julie grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, and has been in art classes every year since third grade. Becoming a professional artist at 16 years old, she wanted to live the California lifestyle and moved to Los Angeles to pursure her passion for Tattooing and Body Modifications.

She loves to tattoo color work, fantasy, japanese artwork, and specializes in cover up tattoos.
